I supported the design team as an interaction designer across all teams, from the iOS and Android teams in Berlin, and web teams in Copenhagen. I worked across a variety of teams to improve Saas products for publishers, balance that with the reading experience for visitors, as well as managing variety of stakeholders and potential partnerships, such as Apple News and Instagram. I was responsible for improving the information architecture, as well as identifying areas to facilitate content sharing across different touchpoint and devices. I organised and ran remote moderated user testing and in-depth user interviews, as well as mapping out current product and identifying areas for improvement.
