With a background in Industrial Design and Sustainable Design, I bring a human-centred, regenerative and holistic approach to projects.
I have an established track record developing and delivering valuable digital solutions and strategic initiatives in sectors with a high level of complexity. Within projects, I advocate for a comprehensive, sustainable and co-operative approach, ensuring solutions consider not only end-users, but wider stakeholders and systems.
I am experienced at managing and leading projects and project teams, from facilitating workshops, to delivering detailed designs and UX specifications, conducting user testing, and working closely with development teams. From mentoring to lecturing budding design students and participating in design networks such as By Design, I have had the chance to share knowledge and perspectives from my projects and design journey.

Experience:
Star Global, Copenhagen, August - December 2023, Design Director
At Star, I was part of the design leadership in Copenhagen as a Design Director. My role was central to defining and leading creative projects and teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget. Part of my role included mentoring and onboarding team members, from junior to senior levels. In the few months at Star, I was responsible for driving, scoping and securing sales prospects along with the sales team. My contributions brought four new major clients and supported growth in two existing client engagements. I also contributed to the development of design operations and processes, as well as to improvements within design methodologies and tools, particularly within the field of Sustainable Design.
